1. What we collect

To create and operate your FATIHAX account we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, shipping address(es), your password (stored only as a secure hash), your order history, product reviews you submit, and basic technical data such as your device and session information.

2. Why we use it

• Creating and securing your account, and signing you in.
• Verifying your email address and resetting your password.
• Processing, shipping and tracking your orders.
• Providing customer support and handling returns.
• Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations.

This data is necessary to provide the service. Without it we cannot create your account or fulfil orders.

3. Marketing communications

We only send product announcements, discounts and promotional messages by email or WhatsApp if you have given explicit, separate consent. Marketing consent is always optional and is never required to create an account or place an order.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from My Account → Edit Profile, or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect service emails such as order confirmations.

4. Consent records

When you register we securely store, alongside your account: the date and time you accepted the Terms & Privacy Policy, the version of those documents you accepted, whether you opted in to marketing, and the date and time of any later consent change or withdrawal.

5. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the store — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery and hosting — and only to the extent required. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Storage and security

Data is held in an access-controlled database. Row-level security restricts each record to its owner and authorised FATIHAX staff. Passwords are hashed and never visible to us.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
